How long will it take for me to receive my package?
After payment it will take 1 – 2 business days for processing and also 1 – 7 business days until you receive it. We work with DHL and a track & trace system. So you will be able to trace your package and stay updated through your email. We work as fast as we can!
When it comes down to our CBD products we work with PostNL for a faster delivery and also with a track & trace system. Our clothing and CBD will be shipped separately, due to the vulnerability of our glass packaging.
Do you ship worldwide?
We only ship to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Sweden and The United Kingdom for now, but we are working on worldwide shipping!
What do I do if I ordered the wrong size or product?
Contact us immediately! If it’s about the size, it’s no problem for us to correct the mistake (if it’s on stock). When you order the wrong product, we can only cancel it if you e-mail us right away, before we start processing. Otherwise it’s too late.
Is it possible to return?
Yes, but only our clothing within a period of 14 business days, the product has to be in it’s original unworn condition, tag and packaging included. Otherwise we will not accept or refund your order. We give you the possibility to return the product, but please note that shipping costs have to be paid by yourself. Contact us first before you return. We need to be aware of it. CBD products cannot be returned.
Is it possible to return for a different size or other product from the shop?
Yes, but only if it’s on stock and if you contact us first. It has to be within 14 business days. The product has to be in it’s original unworn condition, tag and packaging included. Otherwise we will not accept it. Please note that shipping costs have to be paid by yourself. Contact us first before you return.
