Order Process & Return Policy

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

After payment it will take 1 – 3 business days for processing and also 1 – 7 business days until you receive it. We work with DHL and a track & trace system. So you will be able to trace your package and stay updated through your e-mail. We will work as fast as we can!

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We only ship to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and The United Kingdom for now, but we are working on worldwide shipping!

 

What do I do if I ordered the wrong size or product?

Contact us immediately! If it’s about the size, it’s no problem for us to correct the mistake (if it’s on stock). When you order the wrong product, we can only cancel it if you e-mail us right away, before we start processing. Otherwise it’s too late.

 

Is it possible to return?

Yes, but only within 14 business days, the product has to be in it’s original unworn condition, tag and packaging included. Otherwise we will not accept or refund it. We give you the possibility to return the product, but please note that shipping costs have to be paid by yourself. Contact us first before you return. We need to be aware of it.

 

Is it possible to return for a different size or other product from the shop?

Yes, but only if it’s on stock (at your own risk) and within 14 business days. The product has to be in it’s original unworn condition, tag and packaging included. Otherwise we will not accept it. Please note that shipping costs have to be paid by yourself (also for our second shipment). Contact us first before you return.
