Hemp seed oil:
The special feature of hemp seed oil is that it contains a high concentration of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids (linoleic acid and alpha linolenic acid) for both humans and animals. Hemp seed oil also contains protein and carbohydrates plus a large number of vitamins and minerals, including: phosphorus, calcium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, iodine and vitamins E, C, B1, B2, B3 and B6.
How to use it?
Store away from light, heat and humidity. Use at room temperature and shake well before using. Start with 1 – 2 drops daily under the tongue in the first week and start to take 2 – 4 drops in the second week to see what the right dose is for your body. The quantity of drops differs per person/body. Build it up slowly and do not exceed the recommended amount of drops a day.
Typically it takes 5 – 7 days for it to build up in your system and be effective. Do not exceed the recommended amount. Do not use this product during pregnancy and lactation. If you have a medical condition or take pharmaceutical drugs, please consult your physician before use.
