How to use it?

Store away from light, heat and humidity. Use at room temperature and shake well before using. Start with 1 – 2 sprays daily under the tongue in the first week and start to take 2 – 3 sprays in the second week to see what the right dose is for your body. The quantity of sprays differs per person/body. Build it up slowly and do not exceed the recommended amount of 10 sprays a day.

Typically it takes 5 – 7 days for it to build up in your system and be effective. Do not exceed the recommended amount. Do not use this product during pregnancy and lactation. If you have a medical condition or take pharmaceutical drugs, please consult your physician before use.
